Seen Better Days Ice Bag

Relieving aches and pains has never been so cute!  This bag can be used hot or cold for swelling, bruises, headaches, etc.  For cold use, fill the bag two-thirds full with ice and cold water and replace the cap.  Otherwise, fill the bag two-thirds full with hot water (not boiling) and apply to the intended area.
