Customer Service

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us.  If for some reason, the merchandise you ordered is later determined to be out of stock, we will notify you immediately by email.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include your UPS tracking number for your package.

We ship all of our merchandise via UPS (except gift cards - see Gift Cards section below).  Delivery options available include:

·       Next Day Air. Your package will arrive the next business day by 10:30 a.m., 12:00 p.m. or by the end of day, depending on your selected priority and location.

·       2nd Day Air. Your package will arrive by the end of the second business day. Please note that some distant locations may require additional transit time.

·       Ground. Delivery of your package will typically occur in one to five days depending on your location and distance from us.

The UPS shipping rate will vary based on the total weight of the item(s) you are purchasing and your chosen delivery priority.  At checkout, you will be able to estimate shipping at the bottom of the page.  Please check UPS.com should you require more detailed shipping information.

All orders placed Monday through Friday up until 2:00 p.m. will ship that same day via UPS, pending credit card authorization and availability.  All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday will ship the following Monday.  Please add extra transit time for weekends and holidays.  UPS does not deliver Saturday or Sunday.  teddy is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Please note that UPS does not permit us to ship to a P.O. Box or military addresses. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

The same checkout process applies for both domestic and international orders.  However, please note that the delivery of packages may take longer than usual to international destinations.  teddy is not responsible for these delays, but we will do our best to facilitate the quickest means of delivery.  The customer is responsible for all customs duties or taxes. 

ORDER STATUS

After your purchase, we will keep you up to date with the status of your order all along the way.  You will receive an email from us confirming your order and when it has shipped together with the tracking information.  Otherwise, if you have any questions about the status of your order, please contact us at littlebirdie@shopteddy.com, and we will respond to your request as soon as possible.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards are available for purchase in various denominations.  Please note that gift cards purchased online may only be used for purchasing items in any teddy retail store location at this time.  We are unable to issue gift cards for use online (but, we are working on it!)  Any remaining balance on your gift card can be used for a subsequent purchase at any teddy retail location. 

All gift cards ship via USPS registered mail, and there is no charge for shipping!  It's on us.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include your USPS tracking number for your package.  Please allow a few days for your gift card to arrive - like you would a regularly mailed item.  If you are unable to receive the initial delivery, your local post office will hold the item for you.  teddy is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

teddy does not share any of the personal information of its users with any third parties for their advertising, promotional or any other purpose.  Please note that, should we be required to disclose any personal information to the government, law enforcement agencies, service providers or other third parties under a formal inquiry involving a court order, subpoena, or judicial proceeding, teddy, in our sole and absolute discretion, will assist as required and appropriate.

This website contains links to other websites.  teddy is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of any other website, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of each website should you be asked to disclose any your personal information.

We use a third party payment processor and a third party shipping agent to ensure the payment, and delivery of your purchased products. These third parties have no authority to use your personal information for any promotional purposes.

ONLINE SECURITY

teddy considers the security of our website and our customer’s personal information to be of primary importance.  Our site utilizes industry standard Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, where all information is protected with both server authentication and data encryption, ensuring that your data is safe and secure at all times.  Each and every credit card transaction is verified by Authorize.net to verify and uphold a secure payment processing environment.

We are officially available to handle all customer inquiries Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. EST, excluding holidays, but we are often available to assist outside of normal business hours.  So, try us!  If for some reason you can’t reach us right away, please email us at littlebirdie@shopteddy.com, and we will respond to you as soon as we possibly can!
